Chinese Wings
Chinese Wings is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. chicken wings, 1/2 c. soy sauce, 2 tbsp. honey, 3 garlic cloves, crushed and 1/4 c. sherry, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cut off wing tips and discard.
Cut each wing into 2 sections.
In a shallow glass or ceramic bowl, combine all ingredients, except chicken.
Add chicken wings and marinate several hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
Remove wings from marinade (reserve marinade) and place in single layer in shallow baking dish.
Cook in 325Β° oven for about 15 minutes. Cook wings an additional 15 minutes, basting with marinade and turn them over.
Cook 10 to 15 minutes more.
Baste with honey just before removing from oven.
