Chinese Style Spareribs
Chinese Style Spareribs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 beef bouillon cubes, 2 c. boiling water, 2 cloves garlic, chopped, 2 tsp. salt and 2 tsp. red food coloring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Dissolve bouillon cubes in water.
Add all remaining ingredients, except spareribs.
Place ribs in large baking pan. Pour mixture over them.
Let marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours, turning meat a few times.
Place ribs on rack in baking pan and bake in 350Β° oven for 1 hour.
