Chinese Style Goulash
Chinese Style Goulash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter, 1 small sliced onion, 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained, 2 c. chicken broth and 1 c. uncooked rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt butter in a large skillet.
Cook and stir onion and mushrooms in butter until onion is tender.
Add chicken broth and heat to boiling.
Stir in rice and reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes; stir in the rest of the ingredients.
Cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes longer.
Serves 6.
