Chinese Spareribs
Chinese Spareribs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 side baby pork ribs, 2 scallions, cut into 1-inch pieces, 2 cloves garlic, slightly crushed, 1 tbsp. chili sauce and 1 tbsp. ketchup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Place side of ribs on a rack in a large, flat pan.
Place 2 plus cups of water in the pan and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
Place on the stove under high heat.
When steaming, reduce heat to low-medium and parboil for 45 minutes.

When ribs are done, cut them using a sharp knife.
