Chinese Pork Chops
Chinese Pork Chops is an impressive dinner. Made with 8 loin chops, salt, 2 to 3 tbsp. oil, 1 onion, sliced and 1/4 c. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Season chops well with salt and brown on both sides in oil.
Place chops in baking dish; cover with onions. Combine soy sauce, orange and lemon juices, mushrooms, ginger and garlic powder; pour over chops.
Cover and bake 35 minutes.
Add green pepper, chestnuts and lemon slices.
Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes longer.
Serve with rice.
