Chinese Lobster Sauce
Chinese Lobster Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. hamburger, 2 eggs, beaten, 2 to 4 minced cloves garlic, 2 tbsp. sugar and 4 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 2 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In a wok, brown the hamburger.
Drain fat.
Add beaten eggs, garlic and sugar.
Mix well.
To the dissolved bouillon cubes, add the cornstarch, soy sauce, ginger and Gravy Master and pour over meat mixture.
Simmer for 10 minutes, uncovered.
