Chinese Chicken
Chinese Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. chicken breast, cooked and cut into 1-inch chunks, 1 medium onion, chopped, oil, 4 c. chicken broth and 1 (1 lb.) bag frozen vegetables (mushrooms, broccoli and water chestnut combination), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In large pan, saute chicken and oil until chicken is lightly browned.
Add broth, vegetables and soy sauce.
Bring to a boil. Stir in rice.
Cover.
Remove from heat.
Let stand 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
Add soy sauce to individual servings.
