Chinese Casserole
Chinese Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, 1 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1 large chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper and 1/2 c. raw rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Brown sausage.
Lift out of drippings.
Saute vegetables in drippings; lift out.
Place rice and soup mix in large baking dish.
Add hot water.
Mix well.
Add almonds, meat, vegetables and half of noodles; mix well.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Stir every 20 minutes.
Top with rest of noodles last 20 minutes.
