Chinese Casserole

Made with 1 c. rice (measure uncooked, then cooked until tender), 1 1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey, 1/2 c. diced onion, 1 c. diced celery and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown the meat with the onion, celery and garlic.
Combine meat with all remaining ingredients (except chow mein noodles) and pour into 3-quart casserole. Do not salt.
