Chinese Casserole
Chinese Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 large onion, 1 c. celery, 2 tbsp. soy sauce and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Saute onion and celery and brown ground beef.
Add rest of ingredients except Chinese noodles.
Turn into 2 1/2-quart casserole or 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes, covered.
Remove and cover with Chinese noodles; bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
This can be made a day ahead.
Also freezes well.
