Chinese Beef
Chinese Beef is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. family or flank steak, cut in diagonal strips, 2 tbsp. oil (in frypan), 2 tbsp. finely diced onions, browned, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Fry first 6 ingredients until brown.
Add beef bouillon and 1 1/2 cups water.
Cook 10 minutes over low flame.
Add pea pods; cook 5 minutes.
Add mixture of cornstarch, soy sauce and 1/4 cup water.
After thick and shiny, add tomatoes.
Serve with Fried Rice.
Serves 4.
