Chilies Rellenos
Chilies Rellenos is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1/8 tsp. black pepper, 6 cans whole green chilies, 1 pt. sour cream and 1 tbsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Brown meat and drain fat.
Add chili powder and pepper. Grease a 9 x 12-inch pan.
Put a layer of split green chilies, cheese, meat, another layer of chilies, cheese and meat.
Mix eggs and sour cream.
Pour on top of meat.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes. Pour sauce over and heat 5 minutes.
Serves 8 people. Good at brunch or supper.
