Chili Verde
Chili Verde is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. pork steaks or chops, 1 onion, chopped, 1 small can green chilies, chopped, 1 (12 oz.) can tomatoes and chili and 2 large ripe tomatoes, chunked or 1/2 (no. 2 1/2) can tomatoes, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cut meat in bite size pieces.
Brown in oil with chopped onion.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
