Chili Verde is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. pork, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. pepper, 1 small onion, chopped and 1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder (hot or mild), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In large skillet, brown pork (cut into bite-size pieces) in 2 tablespoons oil.
Add all other ingredients and cook for about 2 minutes.
Add water, enough to cover all meat.
Simmer for 1/2 hour, stirring once in awhile.
Add more salt, if needed.
