Chili Sauce
Chili Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. tomatoes (2/3 dishpan full), 10 green peppers, 10 small onions, 2 banana peppers (8 pieces) and 2 c. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Scald, peel and drain tomatoes.
Cut up or put in blender the peppers and onions. Put in blender. Add some of the vinegar with it so you have some liquid. Mix all together and cook. Slow boil; can't be stirred out.
Cook about 2 hours or until thick.
