Chili Rellenos
Chili Rellenos is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (7 oz.) pkg. monterey jack cheese, 1 can whole green chiles, 2 eggs, 1/2 c. milk and 3 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine flour, eggs and milk.
Clean chiles; cut into strips.
Cut cheese into blocks.
Cheese with chiles; place in casserole dish.
Batter chiles. Pour tomato sauce over batter. Bake at 350Β° for or until bubbly and brown on the top.
Serve while hot.
