Chili Relleno
Chili Relleno is an easy dinner. Made with 2 small cans whole ortega chilies (green ones), 3 c. shredded monterey jack cheese, 6 eggs, 1 pt. sour cream and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Split chilies and rinse out seeds.
Lay flat in lightly greased baking dish (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
Grate cheese and spread over top of chilies.
Beat eggs and add sour cream.
Mix well.
Pour over top of cheese.
Bake 30 minutes at 350Β° or when knife comes clean when inserted in center.
