Chili Dip-Southwestern
Chili Dip-Southwestern is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese, 4 oz. chopped black olives, drained, 4 oz. chopped chili peppers, drained, 1 c. mayonnaise (regular or light) and dash of garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Stir cheese, mayonnaise, half of the olives, half of the peppers, garlic and hot sauce.
Place in a 9-inch pie plate.
Bake about 20 minutes, uncovered.
Do not overbake!
Sprinkle with the chopped tomato, balance of olives and chili peppers.
Serve with pita chips or corn chips.
