Chili Burgers
Chili Burgers is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 1/4 c. diced celery, 1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup, 2 tbsp. dry mustard and 1/4 c. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In glass casserole, saute ground beef, onion and celery 6 to 8 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
Drain off drippings.
Add vinegar, catsup, tomato sauce, mustard, water, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and chili powder; stir to blend.
Cook, covered, 8 to 10 minutes.
Heat buns wrapped in terry towel 1 minute.
Spoon mixture on heated buns.
