Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 2 cloves crushed garlic, 16 oz. can stewed tomatoes and 6 oz. can tomato paste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Saute crumbled ground beef, onion and garlic in large Dutch oven until browned.
Drain.
Add remaining ingredients, stirring well to blend.
Simmer, uncovered, 35 to 45 minutes until thick. Keep hot in Dutch oven.
Chili may be prepared a day ahead.
Cover and refrigerate.
When ready to serve, heat thoroughly.
