Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 3 medium tomatoes, chopped, 1 small pkg. mushrooms and 3 cans red beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown ground beef and set aside.
In a large skillet, place beans, tomato sauce, chopped tomatoes, mushrooms, salt, pepper and chili powder.
Now add browned meat and mix well.
Put on stove on low heat for 1 to 2 hours.
One-half hour before serving, add onion and bell pepper; cook until slightly soft.
Ready to eat!
