Chile Relleno Casserole
Chile Relleno Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 (7 oz.) cans whole green chiles, 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce with bits, reserve for topping, 1 lb. longhorn cheese, grated, 1 lb. monterey jack cheese, grated and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
Layer chiles, cheese until all are used (about 3 layers).
Combine rest of ingredients in bowl and mix well.
Pour egg mixture over chiles and cheeses.
Let set for 24 hours in refrigerator.
Bake 45 minutes at 350Β°.
Remove from oven and pour on tomato sauce.
Bake for 10 more minutes.
Serves 12.
