Chicketti
Chicketti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 lb. chicken, 1 can consomme, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper and 3/4 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook chicken.
Remove meat from bones.
Cut in good sized pieces.
Combine chicken broth, consomme, mushrooms and mushroom soup and heat to boiling.
Saute onions, pepper and celery.
Sprinkle with paprika; add pimento.
Add spaghetti.
Cook until tender.
Fold in olives and 1 cup cheese.
Serve on platter. Sprinkle with rest of cheese.
Serves 10 to 12.
