Chicken Yellow Rice
Chicken Yellow Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 or 8 boneless chicken breasts, 10 oz. mahatma yellow rice, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Spread rice in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix creamed soups, water and 1/2 onion soup in a bowl and mix well, then pour mixture over rice.
Next, lay chicken breasts on top of mixture and sprinkle remaining onion soup over chicken. Cover with aluminum foil and bake approximately 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
