Chicken with Wild Rice Casserole
Chicken With Wild Rice Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with uncle ben's long grain and wild rice mix, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 1/2 c. hot water and 1 cut up chicken, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease baking dish.
Place raw rice and seasoning mix on bottom of baking dish.
Place raw chicken on top of rice.
Mix hot water and cream of mushroom soup together and pour over raw chicken.
Place in oven. Bake, covered, with foil for 1/2 hour.
Remove foil and bake 1 hour.
Add water if dry.
