Chicken with Rice
Chicken With Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tsp. olive oil or canola oil, 1 large onion, chopped, 4 cloves garlic, minced, 1/4 c. all-purpose flour and 1 tsp. cayenne pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In a skillet, heat oil.
Add onion and garlic.
SautΓ© 6 to 8 minutes or until onion is just tender.
Combine flour and cayenne.
Dredge chicken in flour mixture.
Add to skillet and brown for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Add tomatoes, chicken stock, saffron and salt.
Bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer 30 to 45 minutes or until rice is tender and chicken is cooked.
