Chicken with Rice
Chicken With Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breast halves or 2 lb. cut up chicken parts, 1/3 c. bottled italian salad dressing, 2/3 c. uncooked rice, 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetables (mixed or plain) and 1 (2.8 oz.) can french fried onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Place chicken in an 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
Pour salad dressing over chicken.
Bake, uncovered, at 400Β° for 20 minutes. Add rice, vegetables and 1/2 can of French fried onions around top and under chicken.
Combine bouillon and Italian seasoning; pour over chicken and vegetables.
Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes or until rice is cooked.
Top with remaining onions and bake 2 to 4 minutes longer.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
