Chicken with Lemon Sauce
Chicken With Lemon Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, chopped, 1 lb. chicken cutlets, cut into strips, 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained and 1/2 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oil and saute garlic until light brown. Add chicken strips and saute about 5 minutes. Remove chicken and most of the oil.
Add mushrooms and butter. Saute until mushrooms are a little brown. Return chicken to pan along with lemon juice, parsley, pepper, oregano and broth.
Simmer until hot and serve over pasta. Makes 4 servings.
