Chicken with Asparagus Sauce
Chicken With Asparagus Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts or thighs, 1 egg, beaten, 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs, 2 tsp. vegetable oil and 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of asparagus soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Dip chicken into egg; coat with bread crumbs.
In skillet over medium-low heat, in hot oil, cook chicken 15 minutes or until browned on both sides and not pink inside.
Remove and keep warm. In same skillet over low heat, combine soup, milk and water.
Heat through, stirring occasionally.
Spoon mixture over chicken and serve with rice or noodles.
