Chicken Wing Drumsticks
Chicken Wing Drumsticks is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 chicken wings, 1/3 c. sesame seed, 2/3 c. fine dry breadcrumbs, 1/2 tsp. paprika and 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Remove and discard wing tips.
Separate remaining wing sections.
Cut skin at small end of each wing section.
Pull out one of the bones from section, having 2 bones; set aside.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In a small skillet, toast sesame seed over low heat until golden, stirring occasionally.
In a small shallow bowl, combine toasted seed, breadcrumbs, paprika, salt and seasoned salt.
Dip wing sections into half and half, then into breadcrumb mixture.
Arrange in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Pour melted butter over chicken.
Bake 45 to 55 minutes in preheated oven until tender.
Makes 24 appetizer servings.
