Chicken Vegetable Soup
Chicken Vegetable Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. (about 1/2 lb.) bite size pieces cooked chicken or turkey, 7 c. water, 7 chicken-flavor bouillon cubes or 7 tsp. chicken-flavor bouillon, 1/2 c. chopped onion and 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In large saucepan, combine the turkey, water, bouillon, onion, celery, salt, pepper, sage and vegetables.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes.
Cook, uncovered, 10 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally so pasta does not stick to bottom of pan.
Makes about 10 cups.
