Chicken Tortilla Casserole
Chicken Tortilla Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 whole chicken breasts, 12 corn tortillas, cut in squares, 1 c. cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. cream of chicken soup and 1 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook chicken; cut in large pieces.
Mix soups, broth, onion and chile pepper.
(Rinse and take seeds out of pepper.)
Dice. Butter a large 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Pour in a small amount (1/3 cup or more).
Make a layer of tortilla squares, chicken, then soup and broth mixture.
Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Repeat layers, ending with soup mixture.
Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
