Chicken Tortellini Soup
Chicken Tortellini Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 9 oz. pkg. frozen cut broccoli, 3 (10 3/4 oz.) condensed chicken broth, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, 2 c. cooked cubed chicken and 1 c. sliced carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
In large saucepot, combine water, chicken broth, soup, chicken, onions, carrots, garlic, basil and oregano.
Bring to a boil; add tortellini.
Simmer, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes. Add broccoli.
Simmer an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
Serve with cheese.
Makes 30 (1 1/2 cup servings).
