Chicken Tetrazzini
Chicken Tetrazzini is an impressive dinner. Made with 10 slices bacon, 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. all-purpose flour and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Preheat oven to 375Β°.
In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat until crisp.
Drain on paper towels.
Reserve 1/2 cup drippings in the skillet.
Crumble bacon and set aside.
Cook mushrooms and onion in drippings over medium-high heat until tender, stirring occasionally.
Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add chicken broth and half and half.
Stir constantly over medium-high heat until mixture thickens and bubbles.
Remove from heat.
Stir in sherry.
