Chicken Tetrazzini
Chicken Tetrazzini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. spaghetti, 1 small jar pimento, 1 can mushroom soup, 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cook chicken. Remove from broth. Add spaghetti to broth and cook 4 to 6 minutes.
Let stand until spaghetti absorbs broth. Combine pimento, soup, salt, pepper, milk and chicken pieces. Layer in casserole dish the chicken mixture and spaghetti. Repeat.
Top with bread crumbs and cheese. Dot with butter.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
