Chicken Tetrazzini
Chicken Tetrazzini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. can mushrooms, 5 c. diced chicken (1 whole), 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 1 pt. sour cream and cooking sherry, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Saute large can (8 ounce) mushrooms in 1/4 pound butter.
Add 5 cups of diced chicken (1 whole).
Heat 2 cans cream of mushroom soup and 1 pint of sour cream together.
Add a little cooking sherry and salt and pepper to taste.
Stir in 1 package spaghetti, cooked.
(Cut spaghetti in 3 or 4 pieces before boiling in salted water.)
Mix all well with chicken and mushrooms.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and bake in 325Β° oven for 45 minutes.
