Chicken Tetrazzini
Chicken Tetrazzini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine, 1/4 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. pepper and 2 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Boil chicken; save water.
Cut up in bite size pieces.
Melt margarine; add flour, salt and pepper.
Add chicken broth gradually; stir constantly until thickened.
Add cream and cooking sherry.

Pour into 2-quart casserole dish.
