Chicken Tetrazzini
Chicken Tetrazzini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 whole chicken or favorite pieces, 8 oz. spaghetti, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c. milk and 2 tbsp. chopped pimento (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Place chicken in a large kettle.
Add 2 quarts of water; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer until chicken is tender.
Take chicken from broth (reserve broth).
Remove chicken from bone; cut in pieces.
Cook spaghetti in broth until tender; drain well. Blend soup and milk in saucepan.
Add chicken, pimento and mushrooms; heat thoroughly.
Layer spaghetti, chicken mixture and Cheddar cheese in casserole dish.
Sprinkle each layer with salt and pepper.
Top with Parmesan cheese and cover.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
