Chicken Tetrazzini
Chicken Tetrazzini is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, 4 tbsp. butter, 3 tbsp. flour, 2 c. chicken broth and 3/4 c. cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Heat oven at 350°.
Cook spaghetti or egg noodles; drain and rinse.
Saute mushrooms in butter.
Stir in flour.
Add chicken broth; cook, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened, over medium heat.
Remove from heat.
Stir in cream, sherry, parsley, salt, nutmeg and pepper.
Fold in chicken and cooked noodles. Turn mixture into a 13 x 9-inch
Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
