Chicken Tetrazzini
Chicken Tetrazzini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. linguine, cooked, 7 tbsp. butter or margarine, salt and pepper, 1/2 lb. mushrooms and 4 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat 3 tablespoons of butter and add the flour to make a cream sauce.
Add soup.
Add mushrooms which have been sauteed in 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
Return pan to heat.
Bring to boil, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes, until smooth and thick. Combine egg yolk and cream in small bowl.
Slowly stir into egg mixture 2 tablespoons of hot sauce.
Add to mushroom and sauce mixture.
