Chicken Tetrazzini
Chicken Tetrazzini is an impressive dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 56 minutes. Made with c. sliced fresh mushrooms, c. butter or margarine, c. flour, c. chicken broth and c. light cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In a skillet, saute mushrooms in butter until tender.
Stir in flour.
Gradually add the chicken broth.
Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce comes to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Stir in cream, parsley, salt, nutmeg, pepper and wine.
Fold in the chicken and spaghetti.
Turn into a greased 12 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
