Chicken Tetrazzini
Chicken Tetrazzini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. cooked chicken, cubed, 1/2 c. milk, 1/4 c. sherry or white wine, 1/2 green pepper, chopped fine and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Saute mushrooms in a little butter.
Set aside and saute onion and peppers.
Add soup, milk, wine and chicken.
Mix lightly with cooked spaghetti.
Turn into greased 9 x 12-inch pan.
Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes, uncovered.
Serves a good 10 people.
