Chicken Tacos
Chicken Tacos is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 tsp. vegetable oil, 1 c. chopped green pepper, 1 c. chopped green onions, 2 cloves garlic and 10 oz. lean ground chicken, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In large nonstick skillet, heat oil; add pepper, onions and garlic.
Cook, stirring frequently, 2 to 3 minutes until tender.
Add chicken; cook, breaking up chicken with back of wooden spoon until no longer pink.
Stir in cumin and coriander; cook 1 minute.
Add salsa, cilantro and chili powder; cook, partially covered, 10 minutes.
Uncover and cook 5 to 7 minutes longer, until mixture is thick but not dry.
Arrange tacos on baking sheet; bake 6 to 8 minutes until crisp.
To serve, divide chicken mixture evenly among taco shells.
Top with lettuce, sour cream, cheese and olives.
