Chicken Supreme Casserole
Chicken Supreme Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box macaroni and cheese dinner, 1/4 c. milk, 1/4 c. onion, chopped, 1 small can mushrooms and 1 1/2 c. chopped chicken, cooked, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain macaroni and return it to saucepan.
Mix cheese powder and milk with macaroni.
In a skillet saute onions and mushrooms until onions are tender.
Add mushrooms and onion to macaroni mixture.
Stir in chicken.
Cook on medium heat until mixture is warm.
Add sour cream, parsley and black pepper to taste.
Serve immediately.
