Chicken Spaghetti
Chicken Spaghetti is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (4 to 5 lb.) hen or fryer, 1/2 c. chicken fat, 1 pod garlic, 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and 1 tsp. season-all or seasoned salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Simmer hen or fryer with bay leaf, salt and pepper.
Pull meat off bones (skim off fat).
Melt fat in skillet; add chopped vegetables and cook until tender.
Add other seasonings, tomatoes, tomato sauce and chicken and simmer a few minutes.
Cook spaghetti and drain (I cook it in my broth).
Put all ingredients in a casserole dish and add enough broth to make moist.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until hot.
