Chicken Spaghetti
Chicken Spaghetti is an moderately easy pasta dish you can prepare in about 1 hour 16 minutes. Made with chicken, onion, box spaghetti, large box velveeta cheese and c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cook and debone chicken (reserve broth).
Saute onion until soft.
Cook spaghetti and drain.
Add milk, broth and 1/2 of the Velveeta cheese to spaghetti.
Heat until cheese melts.
Add bite size pieces of chicken and sauteed onion to mixture.
Put into casserole dish and cook, covered, until it bubbles in the middle. Grate remaining Velveeta over top.
Melt and serve.
