Chicken Soup
Chicken Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken, 1 large onion, chopped fine, 1 tsp. black pepper, 4 sticks celery, cut 1/4-inch thick and 4 carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook chicken with salt in 3 or 4 quarts water until done (about 1 hour).
Bone chicken and let broth cool enough until fat comes to top, then skim off.
Add boned chicken, broth, carrots, onion and celery.
Cook until tender, then add egg noodles and let simmer for few minutes.
Do not overcook noodles.
