Chicken Saltimbocca
Chicken Saltimbocca is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 chicken breasts, deboned, 1/4 c. flour, 1/4 c. parmesan cheese, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. sage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In plastic bag mix flour, Parmesan cheese, salt, sage and pepper.
Shake chicken in bag and then place in baking dish. Cover with cream of chicken soup mixed with 1/2 can water.
Bake uncovered 1 hour.
Make gravy from leftover soup after chicken is removed.
Use leftover flour mixture for thickening.
