Chicken Salad Bake
Chicken Salad Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. chicken, cooked and cubed, 1 c. celery, chopped, 1/2 c. onion, chopped, 5 oz. can water chestnuts, drained and sliced and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Spray a 1 1/2 quart casserole with vegetable oil and preheat oven to 400Β°.
Combine chicken, celery, onion, water chestnuts, cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Pour mixture into prepared casserole dish.
Sprinkle with either shoestring potatoes, chips, or noodles.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
