Chicken Salad
Chicken Salad is an impressive salad you can prepare in about 1 hour 34 minutes. Made with whole chicken breasts, . basil, . cumin, . celery salt and . celery seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Remove skin from chicken breasts.
Place in covered boiler, adding just enough water to cover chicken.
Add basil, cumin, celery salt, celery seed, salt and thyme.
Cook until very tender. Remove chicken.
Cool.
Reserve any remaining water.
Cut chicken into small pieces.
Add pickle relish, lemon juice, onion and mayonnaise.
If needed, add reserved water to make more moist. Chill well.
